Avanti Equipment Finance LLC is committed to making avantiequipmentfinance.com usable by everyone, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology. Financing should not be harder to get because of how you access the web.
The standard we work to
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice for websites under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Among other things, the Site is built so that pages can be navigated by keyboard alone (including a "Skip to content" link at the top of every page), images that carry information have text alternatives, form fields are labeled and errors are announced, text keeps sufficient contrast against its background, content reflows for phones and for magnification up to 200%, and nothing flashes or moves in a way that cannot be paused.
How we keep it that way
Accessibility is part of how we build and review the Site rather than a one-time project. New pages and forms are checked with automated tools and by hand — keyboard only, and with a screen reader — before they ship, and we re-check existing pages when we change them. We do not rely on an accessibility overlay or widget as a substitute for accessible code.
Known limitations
Some content is provided by third parties — for example, the bot-protection check on our forms, the secure payment page operated by our payment processor, and the Google reviews we link to. We choose providers that publish their own accessibility commitments, but we cannot fully control how their content is presented. Documents you upload to us are stored as you provided them. If you run into anything on the Site that does not work for you, the section below explains how to reach us, and we will provide the information or complete the process with you another way.
Tell us if something is not working
If you have difficulty using any part of the Site, or you would like an application, disclosure, or document in an alternative format, contact us and tell us the page or feature involved and, if you can, the assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within two business days and to fix genuine barriers promptly. You can also complete any application or request by phone with a representative.
