Program and sender

Text messages in the Avanti Equipment Finance customer messaging program are sent by Avanti Equipment Finance LLC (avantiequipmentfinance.com), a commercial equipment financing company, from our business number 617-843-5612. Email: info@avantiequipmentfinance.com.

What we send

Messages relate only to the recipient's own financing request or application:

• Replies to your questions, and scheduling a call you asked for
• The link to our online application, when you ask for it
• Application status updates and document requests
• Approval and funding updates

We do not send promotional or marketing text messages, and we never text numbers bought from lists. Message frequency varies with your request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of financing.

Example messages:

• “Avanti Equipment Finance: Hi Mike, here is the application link we talked about: avantiequipmentfinance.com/apply. It takes about 3 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• “Avanti Equipment Finance: We received your application AV-1234. To move forward, please email your last 3 months of business bank statements to info@avantiequipmentfinance.com. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”

How you opt in

We text you only after you opt in one of these ways:

1. Checking the box on our website. An optional, unchecked-by-default checkbox on the final step ("Review & sign") of our online application at avantiequipmentfinance.com/apply (and the co-branded dealer versions of the same form), and on our call-back request form at avantiequipmentfinance.com/book. Leaving the box unchecked never affects your application or financing.
2. Texting us first. If you send a text to 617-843-5612 (for example, from the "Text us" link on our website), we reply to you in that conversation about your request.
3. Asking us on a phone call. If you ask a member of our team on a call to text you, for example to send you our application link, we text you at the number you give us. Our first message names Avanti Equipment Finance and tells you how to opt out.

Opting out and getting help

Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are used solely to send the messages described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
